Nancy Green, with Meals on Wheels, presented the 19th Annual March for Meals Proclamation to the City Council this month.  Mayor Bingham was happy to sign this proclamation that urges every citizen to honor Meals on Wheels programs, the seniors they serve and the volunteers who care for them.

We are very thankful for this program and for all they do for our senior citizens.
