Vaccination payments will be made to BRAH Cash or Check only

The Cost is $15.00/shot                   

You will also be able to license your dogs this day.  All dog licensing payments will be made to Honeyville City.

$7.00 for altered (spayed/neutered) – $12.00 for unaltered – $50.00 Lifetime Tag. Cash/Check/Credit Card

 

 

* IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING DOGS WITHIN HONEYVILLE CITY: *

 

It has come to the attention of the Honeyville City Council that there are several dogs within the city that are Not Licensed, Run at Large, are Aggressive, Bark Excessively, are Destructive to Property, etc.

 

ALL dogs within Honeyville City are required to be vaccinated and be licensed with the city.

They are also required to BE LEASHED OR KENNELED.  Residents are limited to 3 dogs per house.  If you live in an agricultural zone you may apply for a Kennel Permit if you wish to house more than 3 dogs.

 

WE DO HAVE ORDINANCES AND FINES FOR THESE TYPES OF VIOLATIONS

AND WILL BE ACTIVELY ENFORCING THESE CODES.

UNLICENSED DOGS/FAILURE TO LICENSE DOGS:  Honeyville City Code 5-1-4: Licensing Requirements

·         First offense:       $25

·         Second offense:   $50

 

ANIMALS RUNNING AT LARGE:  Honeyville City Code 5-1-9: Dogs at Large; Penalty for Violation

·         First offense:       verbal warning

·         Second offense:   written warning

·         Third offense:     $25

·         Fourth offense:   $50

·         Fifth offense:      $75

 

VICIOUS ANIMALS AT LARGE:  Honeyville City Code 5-1-6: Vicious Dogs and Animals

·         First offense:       written warning

·         Second offense:   $25

·         Third offense:     $50

·         Fourth offense:   $100 (animal will be destroyed)

 

DOG BITE FINES AND QUARANTINE OF ANIMALS:  Honeyville City Code 5-1-6: Vicious Dogs and Animals

·         First offense:       $50 with 14-day quarantine

·         Second offense:   $100 (animal will be destroyed)

 

ANIMALS IN PROHIBITED PLACES: (Parks, Cemeteries, Posted Areas):  Honeyville City Code 5-1-10: Prohibited Acts and Conditions

·         First offense:       verbal warning

·         Second offense:   written warning

·         Third offense:     $25

·         Fourth offense:   $50

·         Fifth offense:      $75

 

EXCESSIVE BARKING DOGS:  Honeyville City Code 5-1-10: Prohibited Acts and Conditions

·         First offense:       verbal warning

·         Second offense:   written warning

·         Third offense:     $25

·         Fourth offense:   $50

·         Fifth offense:      $75

 

CITY IMPOUND FEES:  Honeyville City Code 5-1-11: Impounding

·         $25 initial fee for any animal picked up

·         $10 each day per animal for up to 3 days, after which the animal will be taken to Brigham City Animal Shelter
