Overseas/Military voters must postmark their ballot (or send via email) no later than 8:00 p.m. on Election Day - Utah local time.   Box Elder County is committed to providing assistance to all voters- no matter where they live.   The state of Utah has a new electronic ballot delivery method.  Electronic ballots, notices, and emails may come from Enhanced Voting (enhancedballot.com).    Military and Overseas voters may contact the Federal Voting Assistance Program (FVAP) which provides tools and resources to ensure that U.S. Citizens who want to vote can do so anywhere in the world.   Voters can find instructions and the Federal Post Card Application (FPCA), which is the registration form, or the Federal write-in Absentee Ballot (FWAB) online:   Utah’s Online Tool: www.fvap.gov/utah   Federal Voting Assistance Program:  www.fvap.gov   Please visit www.vote.utah.gov and www.boxeldercountyut.gov/elections to view the candidates and/or issues on the ballot.   For more information, you may contact the County Clerk’s Office @ (435) 734-3393 or email [email protected].
