Overseas/Military voters must postmark their ballot (or send via email) no later than 8:00 p.m. on Election Day - Utah local time. Box Elder County is committed to providing assistance to all voters- no matter where they live. The state of Utah has a new electronic ballot delivery method. Electronic ballots, notices, and emails may come from Enhanced Voting (enhancedballot.com). Military and Overseas voters may contact the Federal Voting Assistance Program (FVAP) which provides tools and resources to ensure that U.S. Citizens who want to vote can do so anywhere in the world. On Monday, January 9, 2023 Honeyville City will be doing work on the water system, therefore the water will be shut-off on Highway 38 from 6900 N. – 6300 N. between 9:00 a.m. – Noon.
