- Notice is given of the election audit required by the Lieutenant Governor’s Election Policy. The Audit will be conducted during normal business hours in the County Courthouse 01 South Main #10 Brigham City, UT beginning Tuesday November 28, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. and continuing until completed. Anyone desiring to witness the audit is invited to attend.
- Notice is given that there will be two Vote Centers on Election Day from 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. and will have ADA Expressvote ballot marking device:

2023 NOTICE OF DISQUALIFIED CANDIDATE FOR
HONEYVILLE CITY GENERAL ELECTION
Pursuant to Utah Code 10-3-208 Notice is given that J. Thomas Jenkins has been disqualified from the Honeyville City General Election Due to Failure to File a Campaign Financial Statement.
Due to ballots already being printed, his name will still appear on the ballot, however any vote cast for him will not be counted.

Box Elder County will publicly conduct a logic and accuracy test and demonstration of the automatic tabulating equipment that will be used to count the ballots for the General Election to be held November 21, 2023. The demonstration and test will be conducted November 9, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. in room #10 of the County Courthouse 01 South Main Street Brigham City, UT. The test and demonstration is open to the public in accordance with Utah Code 20A-4-104 and 20A-3-201.

Honeyville City 2023 Municipal General Election
Pursuant to Utah Code 10-3-301, Honeyville City hereby gives notice the following municipal offices will be voted on in the 2023 Municipal Election:

A person seeking to become a candidate for municipal office shall file a declaration of candidacy, in person with the city recorder at the Honeyville City Offices, 2635 W. 6980 N. Honeyville City will hold the 2021 Municipal General Election for Honeyville City on November 2, 2021. A Drop Box will be located at Honeyville City Hall, 2635 West 6980 North, Honeyville, UT for you to drop your ballot off during regular office hours. You may also cast a provisional ballot on November 2, 2021 from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Honeyville City Hall.
